    • After you have opened doors now, join business directories in your area to establish an online presence. This might remove the pressure to have to feel like putting a website and other similar mediums.
    • Creating these profiles will help your potential customers who don’t know about you yet, that you could have not reached through your friends and family.
    • Depending on the business directory, customers that have used your products, can be able to rate and write reviews for you, which builds your online reputation
  3. Advertise on Social Media
    • These days most people are on Social media networks, and having a profile to advertise your business might help in spreading the word. Also this can help with reviews to attract more customers.
  4. Advertise on your local areas
    • If you can advertise your business in public areas, then use the opportunity, these places can be Salons, Tuck shops, Taxi Ranks, Local Supermarkets and other places.
    • When doing these adverts, you need to keep them as detailed and short as possible. What services or products and how to get them.
  5. Attend and be present to your customers
    • In all you do, if you can’t keep customers happy, whether is being responding timely, great service, patience or whatever your customers need, then all the work you’ve put above will only hurt your business.
    • If your customers are unhappy, they will be quick to write about you and your business on Social Media, whether you have a presence there or not. They will also write bad reviews about your business online. So this is important.
